William Rountree, PE has joined BL Companies as Manager of Civil Engineering for the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has 20 years design and management experience in civil engineering, with a concentration in environmental and land development projects. His previous positions include Director of Land Development at a Pennsylvania-based civil engineering firm and owner of a land development consulting firm.

Mr. Rountree earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, International Council of Shopping Centers, Home Builders Associations and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
