Benefits
Health & Wellness
3 Medical Plan options tailored to fit your individual/family needs.
- Standard Plan – No Deductible for In-Network covered services.
- Low-Cost Plan – Low Deductible for In-Network covered services relates to surgery and hospitalization.
- High Deductible Plan – $2,000/$4,000 Deductible for In-Network covered services. See HSA Employer Contribution.
HSA Employer Contribution
- BL Companies contributes $750 for individual coverage and $1,500 for family coverage annually.
Dental Coverage
- Includes Orthodontia coverage for all covered members with no age limit.

- Solutions Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – No cost, confidential counseling and/or referral for employees and employee family members.
Expanded Covered Infertility Services

No Cost Long Term & Short-Term Disability
- Long Term Disability pays 60% of an employee’s salary up to a maximum benefit of $10,000 per month to the age of 65.
- Short Term Disability pays 70% of an employee’s salary up to a maximum benefit of $2,500 per week for up to 12 weeks.

Parental Leave
- BL Companies provides two weeks of paid parental leave following the birth or adoption of an employee’s child. You must be employed for one year to be eligible.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan
- An ESOP is an employee retirement benefit plan through which all eligible company employees have an opportunity to own company stock without having to pay for it.
- Once a year, ESOP cash and shares are allocated among all employees who are eligible ESOP participants.

- Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan immediately after receiving their first paycheck.
- BL will match 100% on the first 3% of your 401(k) contribution and 50% on the next 2%.
