BL recently celebrated the completion of the 20th class of our Leadership Development Foundations Program. This milestone reflects our continued commitment to empowering employees at every level of the company to grow as leaders. The Foundations Program is designed to provide participants with the tools, mindset, and confidence to lead – whether on a project team, within a department, or across the organization. After completing the initial training, participants continue their development through small peer cohorts, where they apply what they’ve learned in real-world situations, strengthen their communication skills, and explore effective leadership strategies. These ongoing discussions also reinforce the core values that define our culture, including the principles of employee ownership and collaborative leadership.
