We advertise in minority publications and recruit from minority sources to build a more diverse pool of candidates. BL Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
As part of each new employee’s orientation, they attend the Leadership Foundations program, which is a three (3) day program. During this program, each new employee goes through inclusion and diversity training.
We have monthly small-format meetings where we discuss topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
