Since 2019, BL Companies has enjoyed a close collaboration with Bojangles’ corporate team, gaining an in-depth understanding of their programmatic needs. Our partnership has involved the development of numerous new facilities, the creation of preliminary site concept plans, due diligence, and comprehensive civil design and surveying services for all Bojangles-related projects. This ongoing partnership has enabled BL to seamlessly adapt Bojangles’ needs to meet the unique regulations of various municipalities. BL’s Land Surveying services have included establishing precise horizontal and vertical control, along with the completion of boundary and topographic surveys to bolster future designs. Additionally, BL has provided support for under and above ground utility investigations, easement plans, subdivision plans and final as-builts. Construction services have included building layouts and site layouts for storm drainage, water and sewer facilities.
