UGI Utilities, Inc., a natural gas and electric utility company, enlisted BL Companies to spearhead the transformative redesign of their 100,000 SF corporate headquarters nestled in Pennsylvania’s East Cocalico Township. The 33-acre project site was dotted with streams and wetlands and other sensitive natural resources that were embraced and enveloped into the overall design of the project. BL Companies’ comprehensive scope of services included an ALTA survey, Phase 1 ESA (Environmental Site Assessment), wetland delineation, the crafting of land development and zoning permit plans, as well as the strategic formulation of erosion and sediment control plans. Furthermore, the project involved seamless coordination with local utility companies to facilitate offsite utility extensions.
